Hey! I’m Michelle Angel 😇 licensed esthetician since 2015 and your go-to for smooth, feel-good skin. After 8 years in the corporate waxing world, I decided to trade the hustle for a cozy, private space where I could focus on what really matters: making people feel confident, comfortable, and totally at ease. Cancellation Policy
At Waxed by an Angel, I understand that schedules can change. To best serve all my clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged 50% of the service price. Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require me to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. If rescheduling is necessary due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the corresponding fee. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, can arise. If you are unable to cancel within the required timeframe due to such events, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will make every effort to accommodate you. Pre-Paid Appointments: For appointments that have been pre-paid, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the pre-paid amount. ⛅️How to find Waxed by an Angel: I am located at 255 Park Ave. inside The Parkview Office Tower on the 8th floor, Suite 803 within Lux Beauty Studios: Loft 7 ☁️ Studio Policies: At Lux Beauty Studios we are committed to providing a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and service providers. • Please be mindful of Lux Beauty Studio’s policies regarding personal hygiene and odors.
